Quando as superfícies artificiais forem utilizadas nos jogos competitivos entre as
seleções representantes das federações nacionais de futebol filiadas à FIFA ou em
jogos de competições internacionais de clubes, a superfície deve cumprir os
requisitos do Programa de Qualidade da FIFA para a Grama Artificial, a não ser que
a IFAB conceda uma dispensa especial.
